Tyler
Tyler is the leader of this band of hooligans. He is a cinematographer by trade, so it is rare to see him without some sort of camera in his hands. When his work and his deep rooted passion for outdoor adventure come together it’s pure magic! Tyler has a great desire to share his love of the outdoors with the family while documenting the highs and inevitable lows.
Asa
If reading were an olympic event, Asa would win the gold without question! There is no doubt that he has read more books than the rest of us combined. We regularly have to tell him he can only take (insert ridiculous number) of books on a trip instead of (insert an even more ridiculous number). Books are not Asa’s only passion. Since before he could walk Asa has carried sticks around wherever he goes. There are always sticks in his hands, pockets and his belt loops. This is secretly one of our favorite things about him.
Birkley
A free spirit is a person with a highly individual or unique attitude, lifestyle, or imagination. In other words our daughter Birkley. She is a self proclaimed “nature girl” and there is nothing more true! She loves the outdoors and all things it entails, not to mention she can out hike the rest of us! She is laughter and light with a healthy dose of fire and strength, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Haley
If wanderlust were a person it’s name would be Haley. Not a single day goes by when she is not dreaming of faraway places, lands she has never seen, and adventures she hasn’t had (yet). Haley has a deep passion for people and learning all she can about different cultures. Her dream is to give her kids a greater world view than they would have if they were never to leave their small town. The hardest thing for her is deciding where they will go next.
